While we wholeheartedly object to forced vaccinations and covidfascism, this sort of crap is beyond terrible. A lot of those people may have been helped by that ‘vaccine’ if it doesn’t kill them, who is she to say? The only correct method of saline switching would be to ask each patient if they are being forced to ‘vaccinate’ against their will. If they are, then any competent healthcare professional would be morally obligated to switch it to saline or to not administer the shot in the first place.
